Charles F. Eberhart (“Chuck Francis” as he is most commonly referred to by friends, clients and co-workers because of his old radio “air” name) has spent the last 30-years forging new marketing strategies, concepts, ideas, and programs for both traditional and digital media.
Shifting from radio to digital in the late 90’s, Chuck began working with entertainment companies on integrating digital media strategy into their marketing mix. His awareness of the power of media integration earned early recognition from clients such as Sony Music, RCA, Arista, Curb, MCA, Capitol, and Big Machine. That work blossomed quickly to expand into other business sectors.
For nearly 20 years Chuck and his trusted team of associates have been providing digital marketing services to national companies and organizations like The Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio, Dayton, Idaho, and Arkansas; Prosper Technologies, Kohl’s, S.C. Johnson, California Closets, Complete Nutrition and Dogwatch Hidden Fence.

TAKE & BAKE WELCOMES MATT MILLER – CO-OWNER/EXECUTIVE VP OF SALES
Matt Miller has been involved with franchising, start-ups, marketing and consulting small businesses since 2010. Matt began his career in franchising by launching retail stores for Omaha based nutrition company Complete Nutrition to Columbus, Ohio. Under his management he was able to expand the Columbus market to three locations within the first six months of opening the first retail store.
In 2012, while still owner and operator of Complete Nutrition Columbus, Matt founded the fitness company Slim Down Columbus which focused on helping people reach their fitness goals through group fitness. Slim Down Columbus was successful at recruiting multiple partner companies to help create fun and inspiring ways to bring people together to accomplish their fitness goals. Slim Down Columbus drew the attention of several former college and professional athletes in the Columbus area – some of whom later became guest trainers for the brand.

As a Marine Veteran Matt also is still very active in the military community. Matt founded a Columbus Veterans Networking group that meets monthly and is a board member of The Jason Simcakoski Foundation, who in 2016 was successful in getting a bill signed into law to help Veterans deal with mental health issues and battles the opioid crisis.
Matt grew up in Omaha, NE and has been married to his wife Maggie since 2008, they have 2 daughters McKenna, and Brooklyn.

The name “Take & Bake Marketing” embodies all that we do on behalf of our clients. We work diligently to customize the right recipe’ for your business built around your customer’s specific tastes (marketing strategy); we provide all of the necessary ingredients (web sites, graphic design, video, audio, etc.); and we measure each to provide detailed instructions on how to mix. The client is the main ingredient!
